This classic men's mock turtleneck is easy to knit up, but the three-color tweed really makes it stand out. If you're new to this type of stitch pattern, don't let it intimidate you - there are no tricky techniques to master - if you can knit, purl, and slip stitches, you can do it! Choose from either dropped shoulders or set-in sleeves; both instructions are included. The yarn I used works up at a gauge of 4 sts per inch in Stockinette stitch; if you wish to use a different yarn, make sure you find one that will match this gauge. BASIC SKILLS NECESSARY knit, purl, pick up stitches, increase, decrease GAUGE 18 sts and 21 rows = 4" (10 cm) in 4x3 Rib 18 sts and 29 rows = 4" (10 cm) in Tweed Stitch SIZING / FINISHED MEASUREMENTS XXS (32.5") to 6X (73")
