This vest is the easiest you will ever knit. And it's very basic stranded colorwork, for a denser, but oh-so-drapey fabric. A great first-time stranding project. The vest is knit in three pieces, with very little handwork to do to put together. The front cascades, so the back of the work shows and becomes part of the design proper. .As far as the design itself goes, that is also up to you. The chart included gives general guidelines, but you switch up the colorsor notat will. Choose any colorways you want, too. This is your invention, and I bet it will be your go-to vest for all seasons! Sizing is a snap, and you can adapt the pattern to fit anybody and any size. Solange:The Vest is the pattern ColorworksByDebi's Ravelry group will be working in July. I love everything about knitting...knitting itself, designing and now, creating yarn for you to use when working my patterns. Let me customize the blend and colorways you want: Some people see a gorgeous sunset and photograph it. Others paint it. I knit it. Fiber and fabric are my media. Knitting the sunset makes it mine.
