PATTERN DETAILS

This pattern comes with two versions. Knitted with a knit flower and edging, or Knitted with a crochet flower and edging. Or mix and match to create your own. Yarn as listed is enough to make 2 ear bands with the colors reversed. Additional yarn choices: Knit Picks Cadena Knit Picks Biggo Alpaca with a Twist Big Baby Cascade 128 Valley Yarns Northampton Bulky Catalina Baby Alpaca Chunky This cozy ear warmer was inspired by an adorable, store-bought, ear band brought into my local yarn shop. We all fell in love with the band and decided we needed to be able to make our very own, so I developed this pattern. Whereas the main band is knit, the edging and embellishments may be knit or crocheted. An evening or two curled up with this pattern, some lush yarn, and a good movie will have your holiday gift knitting well underway. *Photos are courtesy and copyright Knitcircus* BASIC SKILLS NECESSARY Knitting skills: knit, purl, increase, decrease (Optional) Crochet skills: chain, slip stitch, single, double, & treble crochet GAUGE 18 sts and 17 rows= 4" in 1x1 rib, unstretched SIZING / FINISHED MEASUREMENTS Size: Stretches to fit 20-24"
