This scarf found its inspiration in the Elizabethan Ruff. Instructions are given for two versions, a cowl (shown in teal) and a tied scarf (shown in pink). Supplies Needed

  • Tie: Size 4 / 3.5 mm (3 needles needed for 3-Needle Bind-Off)
  • Cowl: Size 7 / 4.5 mm (3 needles needed for 3-Needle Bind-Off)
  • Medium-size crochet hook for provisional CO, spare circular needles or scrap yarn to use as stitch holders, cable needle, tapestry needle
