Pattern Details

This snug fitting cowl is made warm and cozy with a dense textured fabric made up of simple cable stitches. It is worked in a beautifully soft merino, cashmere, and silk blend, making it soft and gentle against the skin. The i-cord edges give it structure and formality. Instructions are included for the i-cord cast on and i-cord bind off. A photo tutorial is included for grafting the i-cord ends. This is a quick knit - a treat for oneself or the perfect gift for someone else. BASIC SKILLS NECESSARY knitting in the round cabling with a cable needle increasing, decreasing stitches used: k, k2tog tbl, kfb, C4B, C4F. GAUGE 22 sts and 34 rnds = 4" (10 cm) in stitch pattern worked in the rnd after blocking. SIZING / FINISHED MEASUREMENTS one size SUGGESTED YARN 210 yards of Worsted weight
