PATTERN DETAILS

This is a listing for my pig knitting pattern. She is such a sweet character, she is hefty, plump and large, a wonderful treasure. I have knitted her in a handspun yarn, about an aran to chunky weight and her finished measurements are: 5.5 inches tall 8 inches from tail to snout If knitted in DK she will be slightly smaller This pattern is quite easy, it is knitted in stocking stitch, with increasing and decreasing. I have knitted the tail as an i-cord. I have knitted with size 4mm straight needles and this pattern is flat. If you ever need to ask me a question about the pattern, I am just an email away. The eyes have been needle felted on with fleece and a felting needle. The pattern is 10 pages long with lovely photos of the creative process:) Thank you so much for visiting my shop and have a lovely day:) Please note, this pattern is for personal use only, and not for resale, items knitted from this pattern may not be sold for commercial purposes, thank you. I have always loved knitting, my mom taught me to knit when I was 5 years old. I live in South Africa with my wonderful husband and our four children. We have a little suburban homestead where we grow veggies and fruit and live a sustainable lifestyle. We have a whole troop of chickens, rabbits, cats, birds, fish and a Labrador called Sandy. I love to create designs of animals. I look at their shape, watch their movement and then I can see a pattern of stitches forming before my eyes, its like magic! Have an inspired day. Warmly Linda
