Pattern Details

This comfy sweater is the Baby Bear Hoodie all grown up. Still casual and comfortable, but with some refinements such as a rounded hood (for those who don't want to look like an elf) and set in sleeves for a less baggy silhouette. Just like it's smaller counterpart, it's knit all in one piece in the round - so you can forget about seaming! With a very extensive range of sizes, you can make one for all the big(ger) kids in your life! Eileen Casey is a designer from Ireland now living in beautiful upstate NY - where thankfully there is plenty of sweater weather. She has been knitting since she was 5, and couldn't imagine life without needles in hand. Past projects bring memories of life events back to her as vividly as certain scents do for others. Right now she tries to fit knitting and designing around looking after her two preschool daughters - secretly hoping that soon they'll be able to do the sample knitting for her!
