Pattern Details

An ideal second Brioche project, this will help build your confidence with increasing and decreasing. It’s actually a quick knit, using only 1 ball of Noro Kureyon (Silk Garden would substitute very nicely) and half a skein of Cascade 220 or other solid colored worsted weight for contrast. Although there’s a fairly broad scope for yarn substitution, I don’t recommend using anything finer, as the scarf will be too narrow. And make sure you choose a yarn with a long run color repeat – or indeed, just use two solid colors! Scarf as shown is 5 inches wide, 64 inches long. Full brioche instructions are included, if you need a refresher.
