Looking out across a loch, surrounded by mountains is a little croft house with a red roof. This knitting pattern was inspired by that house which is located on the Applecross Peninsular, West Coast of Scotland. Make this mini knitted croft house as a child's toy or use as a sewing accessory pincushion. BASIC SKILLS NECESSARY Cast on, cast off, knit stitch, purl stitch, knit two stitches together, pass stitch over, make stitches using backward loop method, working with changes of colour.
