I am originally from Switzerland, but live in the US since ‘99. I have been knitting since I was about five years old and I mostly make my own designs and patterns. I started designing my own sweaters and accessories at an early age, as that was just the way sweaters where done. Only later did I transition to indulging in the luxury of ready-made patterns. I used to design and make mostly sweaters and other cold weather favs, (I did come from a snowy place, after all) but have fallen head over heels for lace shawls and have not looked back since! You can see more of my designs under OwlCat Designs on Ravelry. Thanks for your interest in my patterns and I hope you enjoy knitting the designs as much as I did making them for you! :)
