THIS PATTERN is for THE CLOTHING ONLY pattern consists of Bonnet, Bloomers, dress and apron Hollie Lottie doll can be made with Lottie doll basic body and Ameline doll This collection also will fit most 18 inch dolls. BASIC SKILLS NECESSARY K - knit Ktog-knit two together P -purl P2tog- Purl 2 stitches together st st -stockinette stitch Kfb-knit into front loop, then knit into back loop- increase of one stitch Pfb- purl into front loop, then purl into back loop- increase of one stitch C/o=Knit two stitches on the right hand needle- with left needle pull first stitch back and over the second stitch leaving one stitch- repeat till you have one stitch left, pull yarn through and weave in the ends. Sc- insert hook in the second chain stitch through the center of the V and under the back bump-bring yarn over the hook from back to front, and hook yarn-pull yarn through the chain stitch - You now have two loops on the hook-bring yarn over the hook from back to front, hook it and draw it through both loops on the hook Y/o- wrap yarn around the right-hand needle from back to front before knitting the next stitch I-cord bind- Cast on 3 stitches at the beginning of the first needle. Beginning with the new stitches, knit 2, K2tog through BACK loop. Slip the three worked stitches back onto the left needle. Repeat until all stitches are bound off. Weave in ends Picot bind off- knit two stitches, cast off one, move remaining stitch back to left needle, cable cast on two stitches, bind off 4- repeat until end of row. Supplies Needed

  • -260 yards of Red heart super saver Aran fleck, (or yarn of choice, remember to use needle size the same as you knitted your doll) aprox- 520 yards of Red heart super saver Spa Blue Fleck, Multi-colours of yarn for apron-- recommended it be mosaic or variegated- The apron is worked in patches and is a great stash buster for left over yarn. -5 double pointed needles (size US 7 -4.5mm) (these sizes are suggestions to obtain clothing for a 21inch doll) - circular needle same size as double pointed needles (16 inches or longer) - Tapestry needle to sew parts together 2 -5 stitch markers, (make sure one of them is different so you know where the beginning of the row starts) - Small button for back of dress - Stitch holder or waste yarn -Crochet hook similar in size to your needles
