Recently my daughter gave me the gift of a new granddaughter. My mind is flooded with little girl things I want to create. Here is the first of what I hope will be many. I hope you enjoy creating one for your special little girl! This darling sundress has a knitted bodice and fabric skirt. Leafy vines trail over the shoulders and bobbles create a center sunflower that pops! Crochet picot edging adds a feminine touch. Ribbed side panels adjust for comfort and ease of fit. This dress requires only 150-170 yards of DK weight yarn, and 1/2 yard of woven fabric for the skirt. The dresses pictured are knit in a 50/50 cotton/linen blend. Perfect for warm sunny days. This pattern is fully charted with color photos and written explanations. It includes directions on construction and attachment of the skirt. BASIC SKILLS NECESSARY You will need knowledge of increases, decreases, yarnovers, bobbles, bind off.
