This purse holds all your keepsakes safe in its belly and will look great on your kids! It's a fun accessory and a sweet gift for young and old. It's easy to make and you'll be able to use up small scraps and ends that are left of other projects. This is an easy pattern which uses basic increases and decreases, knit in the rounds, sometimes on two needles and the 3 Needle Bind Off (with photo tutorial). The gauge is not important for these patterns, but, as with all toys, you should use needles one size smaller than indicated on the yarn to prevent wholes. The Fish is knit in the round complete with tail fin, while the back fin is attached with picked up stitches and knit on. The scales are picked up and are the fun part where you can go wild on color combinations. The fish purses in the pictures are made from M&K 100% eco cotton yarn and measure about 22/25cm long.
