The name for this shawl was conceived before it was even knit! As I was showing my swatches to my husband, I commented on how the pattern reminded me of a potbelly or wood burning stove with plumes of smoke rising out. His reply? Why not name it En Fuego Shawl. This is a top down half square shawl with both chart and written directions. This shawl is for an adventurous beginner or intermediate knitter. I started knitting in 2006 and haven't looked back. My current favorites are shawls and socks! A life long learner, I love challenging myself to learn new knitting techniques. I enjoy being able to use yarn and needles to create beautiful pieces.
