PATTERN DETAILS

This sweet little hat is a quick knit with a simple pattern. It's knit in the round, with decreases forming a pinwheel. Knit it in one color as shown, or add a second color for alternating checkers! Row gauge is important to this design, as length is worked by adding rounds within the pattern. Sizing for hat implies stretching for a snug fit, size up if you prefer a roomier cap BASIC SKILLS NECESSARY working in the round basic decreasing GAUGE 22 sts and 32 rows per 4 inches in stockinette SIZING / FINISHED MEASUREMENTS Size: Newborn (0-6 months, 6-12 months, Toddler, Child); Finished Circumference: 11.75(13, 14.5, 16, 17.5) inches; To Fit: 13.75(15, 16.5, 18, 19.5)
