Every little friend needs a scarf and a sweater! This is such a fun little sweater to knit! It knit almost all in one piece - the only seams to sew are the underarm and side seams. If you've never knitted a sweater before - this is a great way to practice all of the elements of a sweater for you - in a pint-sized version. Or - if you're a new knitter - this is a perfect first project! You'll get great practice in casting on, binding off, following a pattern, buttonholes, seaming, increasing, decreasing, picking up stitches - all in a very manageable, adorable little pattern! BASIC SKILLS NECESSARY Knit, Purl GAUGE Approx. 5 sts/inch. SIZING / FINISHED MEASUREMENTS Fits a 12"-14" little friend.
