Pattern Details

A sweater with tight waist webbing and balloon shape body and sleeves. I thought of a simple, single color, feminine sweater for spring / automn season. I used herringbone stitch pattern to shape a tight webbing, which shows off a slim waist and the wide bottom rib hides whatever needs to be hidden... Herringbone stitch pattern is also used at the sleeve hems to help the balloon shaping of the sleeves. The herringbone stitch pattern is not a very common technique, so I added photo instructions in this PDF pattern. There are instructions for sizes: X-Small - Small - Medium Yarn needed for each size: 1600 - 1650 - 1750 yds Wear it with a Chanel skirt or trousers. Prefer light color yarn to knit this sweater. I used lilac 30% wool - 65% acrylic with a string of lurex (5%). I'm sure you'll enjoy knitting and wearing it! R: Hi everyone, I'm Rosa! E: ... and I'm Emmy. Since I'm the elder sister, I'll start first presenting my younger sister's work. R: Fine! But I'll break in whenever I feel like it! E: Ok! One morning some time ago, Rosa woke up and felt inspired to make whimsical jewelry! Little by little she added different materials and created impressive combinations. R: Emmy loves to knit. Her technique is so good, that you can hardly tell it's a hand-knitted item. Somehow she manages to add the "handmade sense", though... E: Rosa has brilliant ideas and exceptional skills when handling materials and colors. She creates beautiful and feminine compositions for the jewelry she designs. She experiments and succeeds in difficult combinations and new forms. R: Emmy has an unlimited imagination. She adds passion to anything she does; she focuses on her work and does not stop until she reaches perfection. E: Rosa is a master in organizing everybody's work and time. She offers the time and energy that are precisely needed â??never more, never less- to make well done, cozy and unique creations. Still, the most important "ingredient" she adds is her positive thoughts and her love. R: Well said! This counts for Emmy as well! This is actually what we offer: all the things we love to make with our hands, with loving love from us to you. Enjoy them!
