Get out all your best sock scraps - here is a pattern to make them all look smashing! Simple ribbing and easy stripes make for a dynamic looking combination. No one would ever guess these were made of leftovers! (And you only have to tell if you want to). You need at lest two colours of yarn, about 50g of each colour. More colours can be used of course! Knit from the top down, with a snazzy buttoned cuff (optional), heel flap heel and standard toe. Stripes and ribbing continue onto the heel, if you like. I love making stuff - knitting, weaving, sewing (well, sometimes), jewellery, cooking, glitter and glue, it's all fun. I love writing instructions - much more than I like following them. I love it when the Muse is present, I just wish she didn't think that 3:00 a.m. was such a great time. I really love it when someone says "Oh, I like that where did you get it?" HA! You know the answer!
