It is a soft and luxurious knit, full of movement, surface texture and interesting details. An illusion of open mesh lace is created with the easy Brioche stitch pattern, which mimics the latest fashion statement for the new season without having to cover up the underwear underneath. Very deep raglan sleeves provide comfort, and the V-neckline flatters fuller figures thereby creating a longer and slimmer illusion. From just below the central hip area, the hemline curves upwards to the sides, which are crossed over creating an unusual twist. The Knitting Station
The Knitting Station
The Knitting Station was created as a spin off from working in the design and clothing industry for most of my life. I have never known a time when I was idly sitting without knitting needles in my hands when I was not at work in a garment factory or behind a sewing machine. Technically trained as a designer and pattern maker has brought me huge joy throughout my life. From my work experience I gained an excellent knowledge of sizing and grading. Most of my patterns are made from the bottom up with traditional side seams which I believe is crucial for maintaining a garment's structure to ensure that all the hard work you put into your project keeps your finished garment looking good for many, many years to come. I love to make garments that I can wear everyday, especially those that make me feel comfortable and with a sublime level of style. Whatever your craft, we do wish you many happy hours of relaxation with Yarn in your hands!
