Don't start at the bottom, start with the right-most curl and work up. I now keep one as a "template" to make recreating it easier.

What you will need

Q&A with sewmom

MomsHaus asked:
Nice job! Love copper jewelry. Bending the treble clef probably wasn't easy.
sewmom answered:
Not since I played piano for 12 years, and am very picky! Now I can do it easily but my first few had to be tossed.
mamawegs asked:
Oops forgot to ask my question, what thickness of copper wire?
sewmom answered:
I used 16 gauge copper wire.
cats-create asked:
Wow - gorgeous. I've been thinking of making a treble clef pendant for my mother inlaw to match a brooch I made her - thanks for the inspiration xx
sewmom answered:
I have an earring/necklace set in the works in silver-tone, I never got around to adding beads (how silly of me, the hard work is done!!)
Rebecca A Green asked:
Wow those are gorgeous! Wonder if I can do a Bass Clef?
sewmom answered:
I have been wondering about a bass clef. You would have to make 2 loops to the right for the "colon"...it might work!
