Queen Elizabeth beaded necklace

Project Description

Who is this project for? Women What are you most proud of? The fact that this unique piece of jewelry has over 2,500 tiny seed beads and that it was actually on exhibit at the Sonoma County Museum of Art. What advice would you give someone starting this project? If this is your first project, I would advise that you choose beads that are not very close in color because as a biginner, it was sometimes hard for me to tell which bead came next and where to thread the needle because my beads were close in color. Also, I recommend the Tulip beading needle. It lasts a long time and is easy to thread.

What you will need

  • Japanese seed beads
  • swarovski crystals
  • bead caps
  • toggle clasp and fireline
