Project

Needlepoint Brooch

What are you most proud of? For a second project, it came out really well. Stone setting came out so nicely and I like the fact that the detail of the stitches remained. What advice would you give someone starting this project? Use lots of layers and be patient and let dry between layers. Attaching the pin findings was a challenge as I only had sterling silver and it doesn't stand up well to firing. It blackened and the clasp got stuck, but I managed to free it up and polish back the black
