How to Make A Glass Pendant

Project Description

What was your source for this jewelry project? Online Photo or Website Name of website or photo Annie Howes Glass Pendant Tutorial Link to website or photo www.anniehowes.com/makeglass.html Who is this project for? Women What are you most proud of? The feedback from satisfied customers is the most rewarding part of the development of this kit. Knowing that others can learn a fun and easy process that provides immediate accomplishment and gives them the tools to make a living selling their beautiful jewelry makes me proud to bring such a product to the world. What advice would you give someone starting this project? Keep a moist towelette to clean your fingers as the glaze gets sticky. If you're planning to use your own photos, try color laser prints to avoid the problem of ink smearing. If you want a more durable pendant, use an additional piece of thicker paper on the back of the pendant before attaching the bail. Coating with resin also makes the back more durable as does a thin piece of wood veneer. The most important tip: have fun while you make them and be courageous enough to experiment on your own!
