Easy Beaded Shawl Pin

Project Description

Who is this project for? Women What are you most proud of? I'm most proud of Jan, who bravely and with great dignity, won her battle against breast cancer. Now, several years later, she volunteers at a hospital in the chemotherapy section, bringing love, warm blankets and hope to people who are going through what she went through. What advice would you give someone starting this project? This is really easy. To make the pin, decide on the size you want and form some sturdy craft wire into a circle. Then take a lighter gauge wire, string it with beads, and crochet three separate strands. Once you've done that, braid the three strands together and secure the ends. Wrap this little piece around your circle base. A little twisting here and a little twisting there will secure the piece. For the fibula, take some sturdy craft wire and fold it in half, then when it's the size you want, twist each end into a spiral or other shape that appeals.

What you will need
