Celtic Cross wtih Gemstone

Project Description

What was your source for this jewelry project? Online Photo or Website Name of website or photo Celtic Cross -- 3-1 Tutorial Link to website or photo www.craftsy.com/pattern/jewelry/pendant/celtic-cross----3-in-1-tutorial/36222 Who is this project for? Unisex What are you most proud of? That I was able to not only make and sell the Crosses, but that I was also able to write the instructions well enough that anyone with a bit a patience can make the base Cross. I am also really proud that I have been able to take this wonderful starting point and go in other directions with it, such as adding set stones, and making then in 5 sizes, in at least 3 different metals and also being able to provide kits for the Crosses so just about anyone can have one without a large investment and lots of leftover materials. What advice would you give someone starting this project? Go for it. The directions have tons of pictures, so you can follow along both in words and images. If you don't know if you will like doing maille, I have kits available in my Etsy shop so you can try it out without a large investment.

What you will need

Where is the pattern for this?
LadyJhia answered:
Hello Angel. The pattern is for the plain Cross. I did not offer the pattern for the one with the set stone since that requires gem heads and soldering which did not seem practical to offer in a tutorial for most folks. The pattern for the plain Cross is available here http://www.craftsy.com/pattern/jewelry/pendant/celtic-cross----3-in-1-tutorial/36222 Thank you for your interest. All Blessings! Candy
