#MayFlowers

Who is this project for? Women What are you most proud of? The amount of practice I've put in to make these blossoms work in jewelry is something to be proud of. There are plenty of failures before reaching the right formula. These have been selling to my friends, and I have a lot more of them ready to customize in a frame What advice would you give someone starting this project? Be very patient in the drying and preserving process. Doing that part right can take up to 3 months

  • Used natural orchid from my plants. Dried them in silica beads for a week. Coated them in three layers of Polyresin. Allow to cure fully. Coat with a sealer
  • and let dry. Create a frame for the orchid from various materials
  • and mount the preserved orchid to the frame with E6000. Customize a bail and then were done
