My beading design for my simple Triangle Fugue necklace uses tubular herringbone stitch and flat brick stitch. Using my bead pattern, you learn to brick-stitch the pendants with two types of beads, decreasing to shape the diamond. You herringbone-stitch the links and join them to the pendants with a sparkle of crystal, creating a glittering rhythm. SIZING / FINISHED MEASUREMENTS Size as required

I am a beader, beading kit designer, teacher, art quilter, fiber artist, writer, and editor. Playing with color is my passion. I have been beading for over 20 years and have taught nationally at Bead Fest and Bead and Button. I currently teach a national correspondence class on beading through the Embroiderer's Guild of America. In about 2009, I started making art quilts and fiber art. I had discovered thread painting and free motion quilting, and they are what drew me to those media. I love combining hand and machine work. I usually add beading to my art quilts and fiber art, most frequently bead embroidery. I also love embroidering with thread and yarns. I am now thread painting and free motion quilting much of my art too.
