PATTERN DETAILS

In this tutorial, you will learn how to make a beaded 3-dimensional heart which can be used not only in earrings, but as a pendant, key chain, incorporated into any bead woven accessory, even as a X-mas decoration! However, this tutorial explains how to make earrings in particular. The list of materials is pretty short, because all you need is a pair of ear wires, one type of seed beads (size 11in this case), and a beading thread and needle. You can use some kind of transparent glue, e.g. superglue to secure the finishing knot. Plus scissors and thin-nose pliers. You will work in Right-Angle-Weave (RAW) with elements of peyote stitch. The knowledge of these techniques will be an advantage, but the instructions are very detailed as for beginners. BASIC SKILLS NECESSARY Basic bead weaving skills.
