It is another piece of furniture in our home that has a story! What advice would you give someone starting this project? The instructions are fairly simple. Have the lumber store precut the plywood into 4' x 4' pieces for you.

What you will need

  • 1 4' x 8' sheet plywood 2 1" x 6" pieces of lumber 2 8' pieces of rope trim 2 8' x 3.5" pieces of decorative trim wood glue drill wood screws mitre saw 3" x 4' x 4' piece foam batting staple gun 2 yd. double width fabric 4 wood legs 4 1.5" castors Varathane Wood Stain "Mission Oak" Minwax Polycrylic Protective Finish "Clear Satin"
