I'm sorry my fingers weren't working with the keys. No. 7 says place back piece of bag right sides together with back lining piece, should that be wrong sides together?

Hi! I am so sorry for the delay in answering your question -- I just saw your post today. You are correct -- thank you SO much for picking that up! Yes -- you should have the back piece and the back lining piece wrong sides together. I have corrected the pattern instructions. Thanks so much, Jo :)
