PATTERN DETAILS

Coneflowers is the second of four in The Four Seasons Series. Coneflowers are plentiful in my summer garden and attract so many lovely little creatures! This wool applique pattern includes a color photo, a supply list, step by step instructions, a placement diagram, and full-size patterns. BASIC SKILLS NECESSARY Basic embroidery stitches... blanket, running, and staight stitches. Wool applique. SIZING / FINISHED MEASUREMENTS 7" x 6"

Recommended with this pattern

  • DMC 6 strand floss (or similar thread) in blue, green, dark green, light green, dark pink, black, and orange.
  • Small amounts of felted wool (less than 6"x6") in the following colors: blue, light green, dark green, dark pink, and black.
  • freezer paper, transfer marking pencil or transfer paper, lightweight fusible (such as Heat n Bond Lite), heavyweight fusible (such as Pellon Peltex 71F Single-Sided Fusible Ultra Firm Stabilizer (7"x6"), backing fabric, and a display stand or an easel.
