A soft, white cotton cushion featuring 10 leaves in a crewelwork style The leaves in this design have a strong crewelwork element. The colourway is muted and features colours that are slightly unusual for autumn, but still give an autumnal feel to the project. I finished this pattern after moving back to South Africa from the UK and it still evokes strong memories of carpets of leaves under huge trees alongside the Thames in autumn.
