It's really handy to have a few different alphabet patterns to work with - so here's a comics-style alphabet for you (including the necessary symbols for when you need to be. . . emphatic) along with a few different speech bubbles. The letters are just a smidge over 1/2 inch tall and you can, of course, easily resize them to fit your needs. I show this in use, comic book style, but you can use the alphabet without the speech bubbles too. The simple lines of the letters lend themselves to some fancy outline stitching. Why don't you try a threaded backstitch? Maybe with a metallic thread for the fancy part of the stitch? Stitch your favorite expression on a T-shirt or pillow. Make a quilt with a different bubble in every block. Pair it with other patterns - stitch one on the free mini tote, make one of the Rainbow Girls tell everyone what's on her mind, pair one with one of the monsters. Got something to say? Say it with embroidery! You'll receive a full-sized pattern for tracing (including complete alphabet, symbols, and three speech bubbles), a reversed pattern for use with iron-on transfer tools, and a complete color and stitch guide. The pattern has links to videos teaching you every skill you'll need to complete the project. BASIC SKILLS NECESSARY basic embroidery stitches - nothing too fancy SIZING / FINISHED MEASUREMENTS letters are just a bit over 1/2 inch tall
