Project Description

Share a little about the materials, processes and techniques used to create this piece. This is a study of expressions on faces for children's books. I focused on keeping the face simple and looking like the same person. I haven't much experience in character development for children so this was a great lesson! I used a mechanical pencil on simple sketch book paper. Is the piece for sale? No What are you most proud of? That the faces are simplistic yet expressive. (Something I couldn't do before) What advice would you give someone starting this project? This is a wonderful Course. Personal and down to earth. Shadra breaks down the steps into easy lessons.

Oh would love to post more but the story was holding me up. I had to write a story and that is a struggle for me. Now that the story is satisfactory I'm on to the next step. Thanks for your comment!
