I used Indian Ink on watercolour paper in a stippled/pointillist technique with the portrait being entirely made up of millions of tiny dots of ink - with a white haired dog this means drawing the negative space to leave the white fur. Thank you Ronda. yes it is very time intensive but it's actually very therapeutic! This is one of my two westies-great wee dogs!
