Tunisian Multi-Garment

Project Description

What are you most proud of? I finished it. I had to frog several rows I had done while being sick, which was quite discouraging, but I set it aside and picked it back up after I got to feeling better. Baby stepped my way into a finished project :) What advice would you give someone starting this project? Pack your patience and count those stitches! I had to frog several rows, not because of the pattern, but because I got careless. Be prepared for that, and it'll go fine.

What you will need

  • Lucci Cotton Tape in Chocolate
  • French Blue
  • Fuschia Red and Purple

circle of five asked:
I love the outcome... About to embark.... Wish me luck :))
Craftycat78 answered:
Good luck! It was totally worth it :)
caleb72 asked:
It looks like you haven't used a particularly "stand-out" accent colour. But I think that's completely unnecessary when you're using that vivid and beautiful blue as one of the main colours. Wow! I know several people who would love to wear those colours.
Craftycat78 answered:
That was the only thing I didn't care for. It was the Fairy Pool Palette, but I didn't realize how non-poppy the purple was until I was half way done with the first panel. At that point, I wasn't froggin', so kept it. I had thought about adding beads but figured I'd have to do it to the stuff already done, so just stuck with it :)
piscesangel78 asked:
Amazing texture and detail! I can only hope that one day I can move beyond TSS potholders and make something even half as gorgeous as this!
Craftycat78 answered:
this is really very easy... just take the directions one step at a time and you will :)
