Project

Oscar,The Amigurumi Dog

What are you most proud of? I am very proud of having taken part in such a wonderful project that brought total strangers together having great fun. I loved reading other people's comments and guesses and seeing their pictures as the pieces were being made. What advice would you give someone starting this project? Stitching the parts together can be a bit tricky, so make sure you use some form of stitch marker, safety pins, etc to hold pieces together before starting stitching.

You Can Make This

Fatima made Oscar,The Amigurumi Dog with:

  • Robin double knit 100% acrylic and crochet hook No4

Q&A with Fatima

Ladymax asked:
I love him. I have mine done, head attached to front body, but I am having trouble putting the rest together. I will keep at it.
Fatima answered:
I found it was easier first stitching the middle bit to one set of legs and then to the other: that holds it quite firmly.
Lynn Wolfe asked:
Oh, he is just adorable! I probably would have given up putting him together! Great job! Some little boy or girl is going to be thrilled!
Fatima answered:
Well, my husband is! I made it for him!
Pilar Frye asked:
Es adorable !!!
Fatima answered:
Gracias. Me lo pase muy bien haciendole sin saber lo que iba a ser hasta el ultimo momento. Una idea buenisima de Stacey Trock de www.FreshStitches.com
