Maria's Swedish School Monster

Project Description

What are you most proud of? All of it :o) What advice would you give someone starting this project? Enjoy doing it.

What you will need

  • Absolutely aaaages ago I bought some blue & yellow fibers (Swedish colours) and now at last I’ve got round to spinning it. I wanted to make an experiment with part only blue
  • parts only yellow and parts mixed and was quite pleased with the result. As I'm doing this course
  • I thought this yarn would be perfect for my 'Mr Toothy' (although I call him 'Maria's Swedish School Monster')
  • a present to my daughter Maria
  • who was a born in Sweden and who has recently taken up a post as Head of Boarding in a boarding school here in France not far from me. The tooth was made using a technique I learnt from Susan B Anderson's book 'itty bitty toys' and although it turned out a bit big
  • I quite like it.
  • US 7/4.50mm/UK 7
