I bought this pattern a little over a year ago and I have tried to crochet it several times and had to take it out every time. I always come up short on my stitches. When I do the 4 decrease stitches and then the 2 hdc I don't have 10 sc spaces left. I just have 5 or 6 left. I even tried doing an increase on the sc so that I would have 10 and on the next round I was short again. What am I doing wrong?
DraginMom answered:
Sorry my replies are so late. When crocheting an exaggerated ripple afghan, the stitches will not all line up. The design will not work if they do. Follow the stitch placement diagram included.
