This pattern was initially designed for The Stitchin' Mommy, and first appeared there as a contributor post in June 2016. I just love the texture of this stitch pattern that I once discovered in a dress many moons ago. This texture makes for a wonderful facial scrubbie that is great for cleaning and exfoliating! These facial scrubbies would make a great gift, or as part of your bathroom set when guests come over. I personally have a set worked for myself and am in love! Materials: - 80 Yards each of Worsted Weight Cotton Yarn - I used Lily Sugar n Cream in Ecru and Solid Blue Jean - H8/5mm Crochet Hook - Tapestry Needle for Weaving in Ends - I used a #18 - Opt. Jewelry Pliers which make it much easier to weave in your ends Material Notes: Yarn Alternatives: Lion Brand's Kitchen Cotton, Bernat's Handicrafter, Hobby Lobby's Crafters Secret Cotton. I do not recommend Hobby Lobby's I Love This Cotton as it isn't as durable. Time Spent: I worked up my set of facial scrubbies in about 45 minutes. This PDF contains 2 pages and 1 photo. Pattern is available for free on The Stitchin Mommy blog, but there isn't a printer friendly option without this fee to compensate for the loss of views when you no longer need to return to the blog.
