🌻Crochet & Knitting Pattern Designs🌻 NEW: Printables!!! ❤️ ❤️❤️ Had to change the shop name which is not Sparkly Dandelion Inc anymore. New name is Sparkly Prairie Designs. Apologies for the confusion this change in name may have caused. ❤️❤️❤️ A few years ago, I started watching videos on how to crochet and loved it, also loved the attitude of those teaching crochet, they put their skills out there sharing their knowledge and I am grateful for each one of them, all very talented people. I got my first crochet kit as a gift a few years ago, it was a little frustrating not understanding the written patterns, even though they were rated for beginners it just did not feel like it. So I kept learning to crochet by watching the videos online, but got tired of making scarfs only. I saw other beautiful things that I would have liked to make but there were no videos online on how to make that particular pattern. I tried studying the written patterns first, with all their abbreviations and everything, and learned it was not so difficult at all to read a written pattern and to follow it…so to all beginners out there that get a little frustrated and give up on written patterns it is not that hard once you learn the abbreviations and read the pattern a few times and follow it one step at a time, do not give up you can do it! :) At some point I just got a little tired of not finding exactly what I would like to crochet, or fancy instructions when there is an easier and faster way to explain it, so I started drawing what I would like to crochet and figuring out what stitches, increases, decreases etc. that would make that drawing a real tangible piece of crochet. It took a long time, and finally my very first original pattern was a Christmas tree skirt. It was pretty cool so I kept experimenting with crochet, and realized that crochet is not to get frustrated or stressed out about it, even though we forget sometimes and get stressed out or frustrated, crochet is a fun and artistic way to express yourself, to create something to share with others. Every single pattern is made with love and easy, no matter how complicated it looks in the picture. This is how this little online shop was born, and the glory goes all to God. You are more than welcome to take a look around and enjoy! Thank you for visiting our little shop and happy crocheting to all! :)
