The curvy edges are made using 'hyperbolic crochet,' but despite the fancy name they are very easy to make. It is my own design and uses only basic crochet stitches (Chain, Slip Stitch, and Single Crochet). I've used Lily Sugar 'n Cream 100% cotton for the ones in the photos. These are perfect for use as a facecloth as well as a dishcloth. In fact, inexpensive acrylic yarn works really well for a dishcloth (tough and machine washable.) I've included directions for 3 sizes ranging from 4.5" across to 6.5" inches across. I like to use the smallest size for facecloths for my face and the larger one for disheclothes. Each scrubbie takes about 1/2 to 1 hour to crochet. Perfect for using up your yarn odd and ends. These also make great inexpensive handmade gifts - perfect for a housewarming. 7.25% sales tax added for Texas residents.
