PATTERN DETAILS

The Roselette is also available as a fully detailed CRAFTSY WORKSHOP ! .. .But some of you may want only the pattern for the popular Roselette top so here it is ! This is my most-popular pattern, and hundreds of mums have crocheted this cute little sweater for their little ones. It's just the perfect layering piece with a little retro flair. It's also super quick and fun to make, as it's crocheted top-down with hardly any finishing at all. I have made about a dozen of those... but never tire of this pattern. And I hope you'll love it too ! This pattern is written for little girls aged 4 to 10. Additionnally, you can work smaller newborn-to-toddler sizes by working the smaller size (size 4) at a different gauge, as detailed in the instructions. Permission to sell your finished items. :-) BASIC SKILLS NECESSARY You'll need to know the basic crochet stitches: how to chain, single-crochet and double-crochet. Any other skill you may need will be explained in the pattern. GAUGE Gauge depends on the size made. For sizes 4 to 10, gauge is: 13 sts / 6 rows in dc in the front loop SIZING / FINISHED MEASUREMENTS You can make a Roselette in any size from newborn to 10 year old

Sylvie Damey
Bonjour! I'm Sylvie Damey, french designer living in the french Alps. I learned to knit as a child, but taught myself to crochet a few years after my first daughter was born and I had started making things for her... Soon crochet completely took over knitting; crochet is so liberating and enpowering. I love to crochet clothes for my daughters or myself, always focusing on what I'd love to wear on a daily basis ... and what makes me happy ! :-) I'm a visual learner, so you'll find that I always add several in-progress pictures to my patterns so you always know what you're meant to do next.
