This design was conceived by one of my very dearest friends from the metro Tacoma, Washington area. Her name is Lynnette Coleman. Being a novice crocheter, Lynn knew what she wanted to achieve, but not how to accomplish it. Thus, I entered the picture. Knowing that I needed to keep the pattern as simple as possible so that she could make more of these wonderful neck scarves, the only thing added, that Lynn didn't yet know, was the decrease and how to sc around the edge of a finished product. Therefore, this is a wonderful pattern that any novice/beginner can accomplish. Copyright: This copyright is a simply one. Feel free to post photos anywhere you want (of your finished neck scarf). Make as many as you'd like for yourself/to gift/to sell. DO NOT sell them online. DO NOT post this pattern to your website or that of others. And PLEASE do not try to pass this pattern off as one of your own designs. Lynnette and I put a lot of time and effort in this pattern. Besides, you can link this store to your website so that others can help me to purchase more yarn for more designing for you all. GAUGE Since this pattern requires a button-which can be moved to set for a perfect fit-the gauge is unimportant for small pets.

I've been crocheting, tatting and knitting since 1966. With crochet, I immediately took to designing and that's where I derive most of my pleasure in the crochet world. I've also been teaching fiber arts professionally since 2008. Of course, I've taught since way before that, but just not for pay. :) Some of the most pleasurable moments in designing is when I develop a pattern stitch that I've never seen before. I immediately start putting together patterns using those stitches and have "in the works" the start of many books with patterns and tutorials. I always guarantee my patterns. If you purchase one of my patterns and you're skill level is within that set by my pattern skill level, I will gladly work with you till you understand not only what the pattern is saying, but also how to do what the pattern is saying. So, what have you got to lose?
