This is my most popular pattern! I have been making these wristwarmers for a while and never did get the pattern written up until now! I include photo tutorials for making a gauge and also to show where the hook will go as you're crocheting along. These can be customized for any wrist size, so this pattern is for all ages. You just need a wrist measurement to base the beginning chain off of that. These are fairly easy to make and FUN to make! I recommend using a "thin" worsted weight yarn such as Deborah Norville Everyday Worsted or Caron Simply Soft. Thicker ones such as Vanna's Choice will make wristwarmers larger than you need. Again, if you choose to do that, check your gauge!! If you use the yarn I recommend, you'll use less than 1 skein for both wristwarmers. BASIC SKILLS NECESSARY Slip stitch, single crochet, double crochet, half-double crochet, single crochet decrease, front post double crochet, back post double crochet (all fully explained in pattern) GAUGE 17 dc stitches = 4 inches SIZING / FINISHED MEASUREMENTS Teen/adult - Customizable to wrist size PREFERRED BRAND/YARN Deborah Norville Everyday Worsted
