Make a beautiful wrap out of doilies you have purchased or made yourself - a wonderful way to use new or heirloom doilies. The instructions tell you how to select the doilies, lay out the wrap (with sample diagrams), attach the doilies to each other, and crochet a border with beads and dangles.   • Approximately 300 yards (274 meters) of cotton crochet thread in a complimentary size and color to the doilies
  • Approximately 275 small beads in matching colors with a center hole large enough to fit easily onto the crochet thread

I have been crocheting since I was a teenager and started designing crochet patterns several years later. I wanted to make a sweater for my daughter and I couldn't read the crochet patterns. I later taught myself to read patterns. The first pattern I sold was a square sampler baby afghan to Crochet World and I haven't stopped designing since. I also make one-of-a-kind freeform crochet scarves and sell them in my Etsy shop, on Ebay, and at local arts and craft sales.
