The crochet pattern calls for 1 skein of Blue Heron Yarns(r) Bamboo Lace (0) [5.29 oz/1260 yds per skein]. This gorgeous yarn is comprised of 100% bamboo which translates into a soft fabric with a hint of sheen and amazing drape. Plus the properties of bamboo will keep you warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Also, this pretty shawl is simple to make making this a great pattern to practice with lace weight yarn. The pattern call for the following crochet stitches: ch, sl st, sc, and dc. To compliment the written pattern, charts have been included.
