I wrote this pattern in the hopes that someone new to crochet and amigurumi could understand the pattern and create this doll. I tried to make it a very simple pattern overall. The pattern has been tested by a few lovely ladies and is very versatile. I have found that no two dolls look alike. This pattern is for a 14 inch crochet doll with changeable clothing. The doll itself is large enough that it can be snuggled with. It's good for both girls and boys. The dolls that I made do not have mouths because I feel that it encourages imagination. A mouth could be added but I did not include instructions on how to do this because I have yet to try it myself. BASIC SKILLS NECESSARY Single Stitch Chain Stitch Work in Continuous Rounds SIZING / FINISHED MEASUREMENTS 14 in From Top of Head to Bottom of Feet (roughly depending on how tight/loose you crochet) PREFERRED BRAND/YARN Vanna's Choice Lion Brand

I taught myself to crochet when I was 13 years old. My grandma was great at crocheting and knitting but never had the chance to teach me. I have tried to learn to knit, but after crocheting for so long I just can’t get the hang of it. I like trying new things, but I tend to feel like most people can do things better than I can. I crochet because I love it and if I don’t enjoy making something I generally won’t do it again. Right now I'm really liking making graphs and graphed blankets.
