My mother taught me (or tried to) to crochet when I was 12. She started me out, told me to finish the round while she checked on dinner. She was amazed to find me still crocheting when she same back. I thought the round wasn't completed until I have crochet up the entire ball of yarn. I've learned a lot since then. I love to play with colors and textures, but my all time favorite thing to do is to take something every day that hasn't been seen in crochet and then translate it into a crochet project.
