This is the baby version of my Spring Spirals Beanie. It was inspired by the lovely colors of Malabrigo yarn. In my search for stitches that show off such beautiful yarn I realized a simple single crochet in the back loop does wonders. This pattern is quite simple as it is the same stitch repeated in rounds. It is great for beginners! Stitches Used: slip stitch, single crochet in the back loop only This pattern was tested for clarity, fit, and errors on the Free Pattern Testers board (Ravelry) in October of 2012. **The hat in the main picture was done with two colors and a different brim. This exact pattern will be written up and added shortly.** GAUGE 4 sts and 4 rows of sc = 1.25 inches x 1 inch SIZING / FINISHED MEASUREMENTS 13-14? My name is Tasha and I am the "K1" part of our shop. I am 29, married, a new mom, and I love to knit and crochet. I am also the proud mommy of a parrotlet, a few finches, and an ornery kitty. Some of my other activities include camping, shopping, reading, all things internet, video games, cooking, and hanging out with my awesome friends. My mom is Nancy and she is the "Sew Too" part of our shop. While she won't let me put her age... let's just say she is on her way to seasoned. ;) She loves to keep the neighbors up with her sewing machine. Some of her other activities include holding her new granddaughter, shopping, eating out, walking, watching prime time tv, and enjoying the outdoors.
